About the Author
Prince Oyebade Oyedepo was born some fifty-nine years ago. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso. He is a fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered). He is an author of two other well-researched books, namely Business methods and Handbook on Contemporary issues for Managers, Professionals and students (Vol. 1)
He is the Managing Partner of Oyebade Oyedepo & Co. (Chartered Accountants), Managing Consultant of Speco Management and Financial Consultants, President/CEO of MFP Global Services and Leader of MFP Group Nigeria (unregistered).
Prince Oyebade Oyedepo is a past chairman of Ibadan & District Society of both ICAN and CITN. He is also a past Zonal Chairman of Western Zone of ICAN, Pioneer Chairman of Western Zonal Accountant’s Conference. Formal Coordinator of Minna & District Society of ICAN and a former member of ICAN National Governing Council. He was a Chief Invigilator and Examiner of ICAN professional Examination for several years. He is currently serving as a patron of Ibadan & District Society of ICAN.
Prince Oyebade Oyedepo has served Oyo State Government as a Member of an Administrative panel of Enquiry and a Judicial Commission of Enquiry. He was the rapporteur General of the 1st Oyo State Stakeholder’s Forum on Taxation. He is currently serving Oyo State as a Board Member of Oyo State Anti-Corruption Agency (OYACA).
He was a member of Curriculum Development and course specifications Committee set up by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) for the introduction of Taxation as a course of study in the polytechnics. Prince Oyebade Oyedepo has also served as the Vice Chairman of Association of Nigeria authors, Oyo State Chapter. He is a Member of Public Affairs Analysts of Nigeria and Ladoke Akintola University of technology Alumni Association, Oyo State Chapter.
He is a recipient of several awards and laurels from professional associations, Corporate Organizations and the general public for selfless service to humanity. He was conferred with the prestigious Award of a Living Legend by Ibadan & District Society of ICAN few years ago for exemplary leadership.
Prince Oyebade Oyedepo is a leading voice on several radio and television stations, sharing knowledge, experiences and expert opinions on economic, social and political matters.
He is happily married wonderful children.
