Returns

  • You can initiate a return within 15 (Fifteen) calendar days, if you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective book.

 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

  • Prior authorization must be obtained for all returns, and an authorization number will be issued.

 

  • The return shipping address will be given at that time. The authorization number must be clearly marked on all boxes of returned goods and items, or the shipment will be refused at shipper’s expense.
  • The receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit based on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Evans Publishers does not accept responsibility in case of any spelling, grammatical, design, and information or content flaws in materials as provided by the Authors. Evans disclaims any liability for any such spelling, grammatical, design, and information or content flaws.
Shipping

 

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
  • If you are accessed eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
