Petutu returns from the war with messages for the widow of a slain comrade. He is kidnapped to a shack kidnappers send chilling messages to relations of their captives. In the sky however, doves also bear messages that make Petutu glow with happiness.

Born 24^th Sept. 1965, Kyuka Lilymjok hails from Bafai-Kanai, Kaduna state. He is a professor of law and lectures at the Faculty of Law Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Other published novels of the author include: The Mad Professor of Zwigwi, Broke, Our Lady with the Sword, and The Fall of Heaven.
